From Michel Delacroix, With Love

Korean original:

사랑을 담아, 미셸 들라크루아 드림

A retrospective of the French painter Michel Delacroix (b. Paris, 1933), which also marks 140 years of Korea-France diplomatic relations. His paintings turn on everyday Paris as he remembers it: children playing in alleys, people waiting, street cleaners, and cafes and shops lit at dusk. Restrained forms, flat compositions and soft colours run through them.
