Is it free?
Yes. No account or payment is needed.
How often is it updated?
The site rebuilds every morning, and ended exhibitions drop off automatically. New exhibitions are added by hand after we check the museum's website.
Why is there Japanese under the titles?
Titles are machine-translated. We keep the Japanese original next to each translation so you can check it, show it to someone, or search for it in a map app.
Why isn't a museum or gallery I know listed?
We start with about 30 museums and art centers that visitors most often go to. Galleries and more museums will follow. You are welcome to suggest one.
Are closing days shown?
Yes, each museum's regular closing day. Most Tokyo museums close on Mondays, but when a Monday is a public holiday they usually open and close the next weekday instead; that is not shown, so check with the venue before you go.
Where are my saved exhibitions kept?
Only in this browser on this device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Which map app should I use for directions?
Google Maps works well for walking and train directions in Tokyo.
