A shopping mall developed and run by the JUT Group, opened in June 2023. Its name is short for "North of Keelung River" and is pronounced like "knock." The building has seven floors above ground and three below; the stepped openings on its façade were inspired by the cargo boats that once plied the Keelung River, and the interiors were designed by the group's AISTYLE International. Uncanny, on the third floor, is its exhibition space.

- The whole building is pets-off-the-floor: bring pets inside only in a bag, carrier, or stroller. Certified guide, hearing, and mobility assistance dogs are exempt.
