Not a single venue: the Sumida Art Festival's programmes are spread across Sumida City, which the official site divides into eight areas: Ryogoku, Narihira, Kinshi, Higashi-Mukojima, Yahiro, Bunka, Sumida and Tachibana. It has two information centres, Kotomachi Lab in Narihira and the Chiba University Sumida Satellite Campus in Bunka. The map shows Narihira 1-chome, where Kotomachi Lab is.
